Chocolate Covered Coconut Balls
2 lbs. powdered sugar
1 cup butter
1 tablespoon vanilla
1 cup chopped pecans
1 cup coconut
1 can sweetened condensed milk (Eagle brand)
1 lb. semi-sweet chocolate pieces
1/4 lb. paraffin
Cream 1st 6 ingredients until well blended.
Dust fingers with powdered sugar and form into 1 inch balls.
Place on wax paper.
Melt chocolate and paraffin in top of double boiler.
Dip candy balls into chocolate mixture.
Return to wax paper.
Makes about 120 pieces
