Fantasy Fudge

 

3/4 cup margarine

3 cups sugar

1 - 5 oz. can evaporated milk

1 - 12 0z. package of semi sweet chocolate pieces

1 tsp. vanilla

 

Microwave margarine in 4 quart bowl on HIGH for 1 minute or until melted.

Add sugar and evaporated milk, mix well.

Microwave on HIGH for 3 minutes until mixture begins to boil.

Stir, mixing well scraping sides of bowl.

Microwave for 2 minutes.

Stir, mixing well scraping sides of bowl.

Microwave for 3 minutes.

Stir, mixing well scraping sides of bowl.

Microwave for 2 1/2 minutes.

Stir in chocolate pieces until melted.

Add remaining ingredients, mixing well.

Pour into greased 13 x 9 inch pan and let cool.
